HOUSING REHABILITATION

In communities all over New York State, the housing stock is getting older and is in need of repair. When these homes are occupied by lower income people, such as elderly couples on a fixed income, or single parent families, even the small repairs are not always affordable. We design programs and secure funding to enable communities to help lower income residents make repairs and improvements to their homes and apartments.
