STRATEGIC PLANNING
AND WATERFRONT REVITALIZATION
To address the
specific revitalization needs of a particular neighborhood,
commercial district, or waterfront area,
communities typically start by developing a strategic plan.
This helps
communities develop a roadmap for the future, and provides
additional leverage when they compete to secure
additional federal, state, and local resources to undertake
projects recommended by those plans. We help
communities secure funding to help them prepare solid
strategic plans and then secure the funding needed to
implement plan recommendations.
